Terms and Conditions of Synergetica Polska services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Synergetica Polska. By using our website and our consulting services, you accept the rules described in these terms. If you do not agree with the following points, please do not use our offer. The terms determine the rules of cooperation between Synergetica Polska, based in Krakow, ul. Szewska 4, and you as our client.

2. Scope of services

Our company provides professional support in IT project management. We combine Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical business planning. We provide services both on-site at our office in Krakow and remotely. In each case, we determine the scope of activities individually to best suit the needs of your team.

3. Client obligations

As a client, you undertake to provide us with reliable information necessary to perform an audit or implement processes. We expect openness to change. Synergetica Polska is not responsible for a lack of results if the client's team does not implement the jointly established guidelines in daily work.

4. Intellectual property

All materials, process roadmaps, and proprietary solutions that we prepare for you remain our intellectual property until the invoice is paid. After settling the payment, you receive the right to use these developed solutions within your company. We do not agree to the duplication of our methods for commercial purposes by third parties.

5. Responsibility

We strive for our advice to bring measurable results. However, managing projects in IT is a complex process. Synergetica Polska does not guarantee the achievement of specific financial or time results, because the final implementation depends on decisions made by your company's management and the commitment of your team. We are not responsible for losses resulting from the client's incorrect business decisions.

6. Payments and termination of cooperation

Cooperation is settled based on issued VAT invoices. Payments should be settled within the deadline indicated on the document. Each party has the right to terminate cooperation with a 14-day notice period by submitting an appropriate statement by email to kontakt@synergeticapolska.pl. In the event of work interruption due to the client's fault, paid deposits are non-refundable.

7. Governing law

In matters not covered by these terms, the provisions of Polish law apply. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably over coffee in our office at ul. Szewska 4 will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of Synergetica Polska in Krakow.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change the content of the terms at any time. We will inform our regular clients about important updates in advance. Using services after changes are introduced means full acceptance of them.
