Synergetica Polska was born out of a simple need. We saw too many Krakow startups drowning in paperwork instead of delivering code. We decided that there's enough of this theorizing.

We combine Agile and Scrum with normal, business planning. We don't require you to change the entire company structure overnight. We act where it hurts the most – we remove the chaos and make sure the team knows what to do.

In our work at the Szewska office, we focus on simplicity. If something doesn't bring results, we simply change it. Our goal is the stable growth of your IT, without burnt-out programmers and endless meetings.
