At Synergetica Polska, we know one thing: hundred-page specification documents are a waste of time. In the IT industry, especially in the Krakow reality, speed and clarity matter. Instead of writing books, we sit down with the team and determine what is most important to do in the coming month.

Our approach is based on simplicity. We won't make you fill out dozens of Excel tables. We use simple task lists and visual roadmaps that everyone understands – from the programmer to the business owner.

What exactly do you get?
